This means more than only the analysis of the satisfaction at then end of the seminar by using a "Happy Sheet" (Level 1), it means far more: evaluation up to the Return on Investment (ROI – Level 5) of the initiative. Here the monetary success is set in comparison to the actual investment. Normally the ROI for investments in people, like for example training programs, is by far greater than for other investments, like for example new software or equipment.
