Change management. Steadily increasing change-cycles are the most significant economic constant. Competitive economic pressures are placing intense pressure on HRD and budgets. But managers and employees have to be trained goal-orientated, because there is severe discrepancy between the strategic aim and its implementation in more than two thirds of companies. There is also a lack of accountability in comprehensive training. Decision makers feel insecure because of non-existent or insufficient evaluation of complex trainings. They demand demonstrable and successful HRD, ideally with the following criteria:


• the definition of specific aims and the expected effects from course modules
• process integrated, modular concept trainings to educate employees and managers
• precise evaluation with a benefit-cost analysis for the company
